Mr. Dave Pancratz has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, business, and the medical device industry. Dave has built a career working in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, product development, quality management systems, business operations, and finance. 

Mr. Pancratz has previously served in roles such as Director of Operations at DePuy-Synthes, Vice President of Operations at BioMedical Enterprises, and Director of Finance for ILEX Oncology, with experience ranging from large public companies to small start-up firms. He joined Renovo Concepts, Inc. as VP of Operations in May 2026.
